Meets, cruises, track days, and events around campus and Ithaca, for anyone at Cornell who's into cars. You don't need to own one.
We started the club to get car people at Cornell in the same place. Cars, trucks, F1, project builds, whatever you're into. Owning a car isn't a requirement.
We run meets, cruises, and trips out to the track, plus movie nights, tabling, and get-togethers around campus and Ithaca. If you don't have a car you can ride with someone who does, and plenty of what we do doesn't need one at all.
The Automotive Society took over from the Cornell Car Club in 2025. What matters more than the name is the calendar: something on most weeks, open to anyone who wants to come.
Routes out of Ithaca through the gorges and along the lake, usually with a stop for food. Ride with someone if you don't have a car.
Announced a few days ahead, usually in a lot around Ithaca. Park up and talk cars, or come look without bringing one.
Our run down to Watkins Glen International. Last April we went for opening day and got laps on the circuit.

We email when something's coming up, on the road or on campus. Membership is free and there are no dues. Everything gets pushed to all three, though Instagram is where most of the day-to-day ends up.
